Leading Training Workshops
Higher Training have experience of working with staff at all levels of an organisation from shop floor workers and office based administrative staff, through first line and supervisory managers, middle managers and with senior teams. Our emphasis is on increasing confidence and developing usable, relevant skills.
We work with small groups - limiting numbers ensures that all participants get focused and personal support to ensure they fully develop their skills and knowledge.
All workshops include practical examples and activities designed to simulate and reflect workplace needs. Participants receive full reference notes and leave the training with a practical action plan.
We believe that ongoing support to ensure that new skills and knowledge are applied is vital. All delegates are given trainer contact details and our trainers will answer participants' questions that arise in the week immediately following attendance at one of our workshops.
