Developing bespoke training solutions and materials
Do you need to provide a series of training events? Do you someone who can deliver this but they have no time to write the materials or little experience of designing training from scratch?
We are able to help you by:
- Producing training materials in a variety of formats (presentations, workshops, manuals, self study workbooks)
- Refreshing your existing training or presentation materials
- Deriving training material from operating or procedure manuals
- Writing relevant and appropriate training exercises
Higher Training regularly provides training materials to a number of leading Training consultancies including OSR, Cargyll and Belmont House. Subjects have included supervisory skills, customer service, team leading, communication skills and much more.
In addition we have developed materials for use by a number of diverse organisations including Mars UK (these materials were designed to support a major sales initiative and assist in a drive to empower staff) and the Judicial Studies Board.
All materials are written to reflect your needs, policies, values and beliefs and will include examples drawn from the workplace. As part of our work we will visit your organisation and take time to understand your culture and values.
