Higher Training was founded by Nicola Morris in 2002.
Nicola is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and has over 20 years experience of HR Management and Learning and Development. Nicola has held Senior HR and Training positions in a wide range of organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors and aims to draw upon her experiences to provide a practical, creative and lasting solutions to real issues.
Nicola also holds a Diploma In Performance Coaching and in Career counselling and has experience of working with individuals to help them move their careers forward. |
